After graduating cum laude with a BFA in illustration from the Hartford Art School at the Univ. of Harford in 1991, David spent years as a freelance illustrator doing mainly science fiction and fantasy themed work. Encouraged by friends and his love of animals, he now specializes in fine pet portraiture. His work can be found in the homes of people from Seattle to New York.
